PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to return an item please call us before posting an item on 01332 341088 and we will issue you with a returns number. Unfortunately items sent back without a returns number cannot be accepted.
Upon receipt of the returns number, please complete the Returns Slip, which will be included in your parcel. Your completed returns slip must then be returned with the goods to the address provided. We would suggest that you keep a note of your returns number in case you need to contact us regarding your return.
Non-faulty items must be sent back in their original unused condition within 14 days of the invoice date. Once received, we will offer an exchange or a full refund if required. You will be required to pay postage when returning your exchange items to us. You can also return non-faulty goods to one of our shops for an exchange only – please bring your invoice/receipt with you.
Faulty items are dealt with individually. Goods are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and all will have to be inspected by us and by the manufacturer before we can accept them as faulty. Please return your goods to us - once we are satisfied the goods are faulty we will offer a FREE repair, replacement, exchange or refund.
